While it's not crazy, I can't see Luffy losing to Shanks. He wants to surpass him so theres no way I think he will lose. And Luffy dieing at the hands of the government would be to depressing. I think it will end with Luffy becoming King of the Pirates, and then influencing another young kid like Shanks did to him and passing on the hat.

that's great ending actually lol, Luffy become pirate king and passes his hat to another kid, Robin can come back to her hometown (wait her hometown is destroyed rite??? nevermind then lol), Ussop come back and married with that girl (the girl who gave going merry), and Zoro become the best swordman in the world, maybe he will open dojo or something and married with tagiri?? (mispell i think ) , Sanji open restaurant in sea blue??(forget the name of sea that sanji really want to find, is it sea blue??), Brook singing with labon at some island, Franky comeback to water 7 and makes his own company, and he become number one carpenter, Chopper come back to his island and open some big hospital for all people in there, Nami come back to her town after makes complete world map, and she become millionaire , ups forgot mention Vivi, she become real princess and makes Alabasta become one of the richest country in the world lol

i dont know why but I really dont want a happy happy ending, I want to Luffy die as a Hero and a new era begins and Luffy will be the new goal for the new breed.

Luffy became the pirate king and being chase by Coby who achieve his dream of becoming one of the Admirals...
Sanji inherit the title of Head Chef and was entrusted the care of the restaurant barrati(dunno how you spell it)
Nami went back to her island with a complete map of the world and now making tons of money from selling the book...Still taking care of the oranges
Robin was last seen in Ohara(her village) teaching archeology and the past history.
Chopper took the place of becoming the no. 1 doctor in his village and now accepted and loved by all.
Usopp became the brave man he so desire and then went back home to his village and tell all his adventure to kaya...Soon to get married
Franky is now helping Iceberg to make Water7 float in the sea. The franky family still calls him Aniki
Zoro achieve his dream of becoming the greatest swordsman in the world and now isolated himself in the mountain in one of the islands in the grandline to discipline and train himself further.
Brooke finally went back and meet laboon and took the responsibility of taking care of him..He always play the favorite music of laboon and they always party...

it's all blue not blue sea. sanji's dream is to find all blue and open a resturant there where all the fish in the world are gathered. I dont really see the group splitting up so fast but when they do I think that robin will mostlikely keep seaching for the mystery of the gap in time that is being hiden by the government or if that has already been found out she will probably open a library or school to continue the teachings of her destroyed island so that they will live on.
