well, even if they are their own person it doesn't mean that they wouldn't start individual fights with the strawhat crew.
So I'm asking if they do fight each other then who do they face off against? And some I can kindof guess like with Chopper (doctor vs. doctor)

It would be great if Luffy's bounty would again rise, fighting two hell of a Shichibukai and destroying Enies Lobby, and managing to escape in that buster thingy is not that easy(i doubt the world govrnment would do that), i guess the other 9 pirates would only be a walk in the park to the SH(Oops). What concerns me is the man who is 100times stronger that any of them.. Crap, cant wait for the next chappie..

If the SH crew beats the other Supernovas will their bounties all raise above 100,000,000, or will the WG try to suppress that too (like they did with Moria's defeat)? Will Chopper get a decent bounty? Will Sanji get a real picture?

are they bounty will raise again if they beat the supernovas? i mean if they beat the supernovas it will make the goverments work lot easier rite? and i never know if pirates beat pirates will get the bounty??, i think they get the bounty if they messing around with goverment..but maybe i am wrong

Luffy get first bounty (30.000.000 Beri) after he defeat Arlong, Alvida, Buggy and Don Crieg. All of them already have bounty in their head. Although he got a bounty after messing with Marine Captain 14, defeat another Pirates make how much bounty he come (Luffy got bounty advance all of them).

I Think, All of these will fight in a deathmatch battle. So, the strongest one survive. The reason why i think it will have a deathmatch is because (maybe) if someone want to through (or go to) the mermaid island, they have to do some fight or only several team go to there for a time.

youre probably right they will need to fight so they will decide who will get the help of Nyuu to cross across, probably they can only help one boat or not to many at the same time. And knowing that pirates almost always want things their way and in the moment they want, so they probably will fight to know when they get the job done.

But the figths probably would be crazy, they fight each other and the bounty hunters watching closely so they can take advantage during or after the fights.

Yeah think so too, but the reason has to be another cause the SHs already have their "Bubble-coating-Guy"....
And the Bountyhunters will surely be like vultures waiting for their prey...
