I've spotten a tatoo on luffy's left arm (it's actually quite obvious) in recent capters.
Does anyone know since when he had it and why?

maybe its painted on or one of those things that goes around the arm, but if that was his tattoo then I think I would rather have him have one with the same picture of his flag on his arm

Omg so dumb
u guys dont remember baroque works do u? when they are going to the capitol they meet the okama and decide all to wear a black band on their left arm. later someone tries to trick one of them by wearing an armband but at the end they say friends forever etc and u see the whole group tattooed an X on their arms underneath their armbands and that was the real sign and thats why that guy who wore an armband b4 didnt fool them just check like around chapters 150-200 its toward the end of the baroque works story
