Even with the latest chapter (61.2), I think I know what's gonna happen. I don't know if Haruhi will go out with Hikaru for a date, but I REALLY think that she'll end up with Tamaki. Miraculously, Tamaki will realize his feelings and Haruhi will accept hers, and Hikaru will go be Emo Lols. No, no emo, but he'll move on. I should just give up though, because I'm a HUGE HikaHaru Fan, and I think I might break if(when) Tamaki smartens up and tells Haruhi he loves her. By break, I mean I ALWAYS fall in love with the wrong couple. YukixTohru, InuxKikyou, TomoxSakura, etc. and it hurrttts wahhhh.... Why do I have to choose the ones that NEVER END UP TOGETHER?? Does anyone else have this problem?? Am I just super unlucky?? Did you really read this whole rant?? : D

when i was reading full moon wo sagashite i really wanted her to end up with her boyfriend but unfortunately i soon realized he died and i cried so much lol so no worries i bet the ending would always be perfict no matter who she ends up with cuz its hatori bisuko we're talking bout!

I usually end up liking the main couple and in this case I do as well so I dont have this problem..but I feel ya. I wanted the main girl from Full moon wo sagashite to end up with her boyfriend so bad I stopped reading it when I found out she couldnt. Also I didnt like the way the bunny girl was treated like crap. But at least she ends up with her true love.(although I stopped reading the main girls story I skipped to see what happens to the bunny one) She was my favorite character and I wanted her happy. So I feel ya.

In Angelic Layer I wanted the girl with the main guy but surprisingly she doesnt..the side girl gets him..

Oh! Try reading Tenshi Ja Nai! For some reason I think you'll like the main couple for this one. And he kinda reminds me of Hikaru for some reason and the girl reminds me of Haruhi. It may be just me who sees this tho. Cause of the way he is when jealous and his attitude thing. Its cute.

i dunno...i think it may end up differently. i think that either haruhi will be rejected by tama and when hikaru comforts her, she'll start to like him and in the end she'll have to pick someone when tama finally realizes his feelings.......or........haruhi will be rejected by tama and start dating hikaru even though she doesnt like him..so hikaru will see she's unhappy and give her up to tama.......sooooo theres still a chance that haruhi can end up with hikaru...im sorta inbetween ryt now on who shud be with her...

I can see her ending up with Tamaki too which doesnt make me sad since it would be cute, but it doesnt give me that aw warm fuzzy romantic feeling either...I dunno maybe its the way he has always viewed her it gives off that older brother feeling or something...maybe once he realized his feelings I'll change my mind, but I've been wanting her to be with Hikaru for awhile now.
I think its soo cute and no one else can make him blush or act sweet like Haruhi can. I hope she says yes to him

woah woah..don't lose hope fellas..i'm a tamaHaru fan but now slowly turning to be hikarharu fan... and for me it is only about 69% that she'll end up with tamaki because the witchy grandmama of tamachan is still breathinghehe.. and i think hika's mama accepts haruhi...taken a liking to her..hohoho..don't loose hope...

in my situation now it's hard to choose between tama and hika, because if she ended up with any of them then i will feel some kinda down because there will be no more jealousy and rivalry and for me if there is no more jealousy and some bad guys in a story..i'm not so thrilled/huhu..

]i'm also like that and not just that/ when i watched some animes,when the characters where about to die then became alive i get angry. and if someone so brutal became nice i got angry, then i found myself laughing when saya in blood+ where killing every people she see..hehe

After reading the last few chapters of Host Club, I feel like a Harry Potter fangirl rooting for HarryxHermione after reading Book 6 (except that I always rooted for HermionexRon, but that was one of the few times I was right!)
I Always seem to root for the "wrong" couple unless it's downright obvious. Like you, MyOtherCarIsEpona, I also had my heart set on YukixTohru in Furuba, and I was all wrong in Ceres by Yuu Watase as well.

I was totally rooting for KaoruxHaruhi, but now that Haruhi recognized her feelings for Tamaki, that seems shot. At least Kaoru seems cool about it.
Perhaps the twins' will recognize their crush as an "appreciation" for the girl who cared enough to see their uniqueness rather than true love. And then they can individualize their personalities enough to each fall for someone who loves him for himself---and not as a twin.

Personally, I'm hoping that Mei will come back and shake things up romantically with one of the twins (perhaps she can calm Hikaru down...) 'Till then we gotta wait for the disillusioned Tamaki to wake up.
