I watched the anime and I was totally obsessed with it And when I was done with the anime (I think I watched every season and movie and OVA in about 4 months ) I read the manga... And that was soo much BETTER!!!! I got totally wacko over the manga then I like the anime, but if you have read the manga before you watch the anime, then it can b pretty disappointing... But the anime is okay too ![]()

The anime is the first japan anime I see, and thanks to it I discovered mangas! And even if the manga is longer, and it has more details that it aren't in the anime, I still keep the anime as the better of the two!!! Yeah I love you Ranma, you're my first anime love! lol

This happens to be my favorite anime of all time! You should definitely watch it, but if you read it, I STRONGLY suggest getting the original volumes. These scans are from the "americanized" volumes found in Barnes and Nobles and other bookstores, and do not have a lot of the original material. In addition, I've already found that there is a significant gap between vol. 3 and vol. 4 of these scanlations. This aside, I hope you do look into this series! It's worth the INSANE amount of time you will need to watch/read it! ![]()
