why are the abilities of sharingan included in ch115. i have not read the manga for a while cause new chapters come in so late

In Japan, Amaterasu is a name of a goddess, the one you are talking about is just a name for a technique which refers to fire or illumination, light, "Amaterasu" is in the Japanese mythology so everyone can use it, right?.
