i think the same, this manga was awesome, i also cried when he died, it was so moving, and at the end, i wanted more, i mean, the charaters were attaching, i didn't want to part with them... snif

NOOOOOO! Kamojima was one of my favorite characters...

Does anyone get the "I wanna protect the body, not the guy in it," thing? I was a bit confused at that...
Anywho, great storyline.
I'm gonna need to find something else to read now, this took me a little under a month...

You mean with Shiva? He used that brain core thing has has his original brain copied into it, and the core thing is plugged into someone else's body...i think tsukasa's half brother's friend or lover or something like that. The body was that of someone not in the underworld(or whatever they called it, can't remember) so the body was innocent. The guy in the core though, shiva, was a leader of a gang so when his body was killed by wakasa, his brain core was plugged into the innocent body so he would stay alive to get the kisa/key/whatever they called it.

I personally think Kamo-san and Yashiro are nothing alike, because Yashiro sort of pales in comparison to the great Kamojima. He's a bit more passive too. Of course I say all this but I still think YASHIRO IS WAY HOTTER THAN REN and Kamo-san for that matter.

Their relationship dynamic might seem similar but, Yashiro isn't exactly a father figure. He's more like a HOT ASSISTANT WHO'S SMOKIN HOT. Almost like eye candy. Robin to Ren's Batman.

well considering that both Tokyo Crazy Paradise and Skip Beat are created by the same author/artist its not really suprising that some characters may have simmilar traits or looks....not 100% the same obviously but bits and pieces.

I just stared rereading Skip beat and I think that they are very different though yes they are used for the same gaol, to push the too stars into a more intamite relationship, but the way they go about it for example Kamo-chan is perpoisly doing things so Tsukasa-san will fall for Ryuji-san while Ren's manager mistakes the situation and accidently point things out that in the end will nudge the two closer. So yes very different so different I could write an essay on it!

Nakamura is, like, one of my all time FAV manga-ka. I loved TCP and Skip Beat! sooo much!

The storyline is funny and cool, and the romantic moments are so cute without being nauseating.

Ahh... such good stories are hard to find nowadays...

Anyone want to recommend any other amazing manga-ka to cynical little me?
