well, i was kinda surprise, but he really knows something! he even stated that he will not give the "girl" to the hunters society... and if headmaster cross knows from the very beginning how rotten the hunters society is, why didn't he do something in the very beginning? even zero's sensei knows how corrupt the society is (hunters)... WTF, what does the hunters want with yuuki? will they get yuuki so that they will give her to rido? or they will kill yuuki and break the agreement they have with ichijous grandfather? i was kinda surprise really! and since kaname is the reincarnated head of kuran, does that mean rido will use yuuki's body to summon the "princess"? who is the princess rido is referring to (not yuuki, but the real princess) anyway, is she the wife of the head of kuran?

maybe he was planning on getting support from the night class students and calculated their want to actually be involved if kaname were there, which he was sure to happen because he had yuuki in his possession.

Ya! i know the headmaster know something the way he always look at yuki with sadness in his eyes remember in the first chapter when kaname brought yuki to him he didin't look suprised he had a face that was kind yet sad face oh and i think yuki is the princess because it's like kaname no one know he was an ancester but thay refured to him as pure-blood prince or king what-ever i think its jest a way to respect the pure-bloods

yuuki is the princess-i think- well,.. now,.. that her vampire side has awaken,....
and rido wants to drink yuki's bloof cos i believe that there is something about the kuran's thickest blood thing?.....
gahh,... its just rido's evil plan to conquer the world,.. and about the chairman,... didnt he say that he is indebted to the kurans?....

Well, it's only logical that the Headmaster knows something. It would be pathetic if he was oblivious to everything that has happened and going on inside and outside the academy, that may also be the reason he kept his distance from the society. I strongly believe it was not a mere coincidence that Kaname brought Yuuki to him, besides Kaname wouldn't have agreed to the "pacifism" the chairman proposed if he thought of him as incapable.
