Hey, well I'm a newbie to VK but I'm pretty much caught up (discovered the Manga Saturday and finished Ch 41 last night). Yes I stayed up pretty late reading, but what can i say i got hooked. ok so i have a few questions. if anyones willing to help. i'm delerious so these may not come out in order nor may the names be spelled correctly, just bare with me.

1. After over hearing his parents, why did Ichiru get mad at Zero it wasn't his fault?
2. Did i misunderstand or was Ichiru just mortally wounded and come to make amends with zero in the cell and offer himself to him?
3. I like Yuuki alot but whats so specail about? special power? stronger than all other vamps even as a child she just doesnt remember? if she's adopted did she come from like the most awsomest (not a realy word i know) vampire family? Also i hope she becomes... into her own... now that she's reverted to Vamp.
4. Who's arm are the showing with the same tattoo as Zero? is that the chairman? Could he possibly be like zero, an ex hunter who got turned into a vampire? (BTW not for nothing but he looked bad ass in ch. 41 looks like he's really gonna kick but)
5. in the flash back to Aido and Kuname when they're young.... when he confuses that he likes him (Kuname) is it like a friendship declration or something more?
6. ok so if your not a pure blood, and your not a ex human, what are you? half-breed? if so what's the other half?

ok got tons more, but i don't wanna get annoying (yeah yeah i know it's already too late but comeon i'm workin on 3 hours sleep).

>> You are correct. That's exactly what happened. He came to offer his blood so that the "fragment" he stole from Zero would be restored to Zero, thus making Zero the perfect Hunter.

>> Yuuki is the daughter of Kuran Haruka and Juuri, the adopted daughter of Cross. I think she has a special 'primal' power, which I've discussed on other threads, and that's why Rido wants her blood.

>> If you're referring to the arm of the body in the forest: That was one of the vampires who came to the Academy. The Chairman did look really bad ass (and hot) in the last chapter.

1. I'm reffering to ch. where they show the flash back to when zero and ichiru were kids, Ichiru over hears his parents talking saying something like "ichiru doesn't meet standards" or something like that, that's when he gets upset.

2. So if i was right, about ichiru offering himself to zero, does that mean that ichiru is dead?

3.uhmmm... but didn't Kaname say that they(meaning his parents) adopted Yuuki to be his wife?
meaning she's not their actual daughter?

5. i don't know at some point i saw a flash back of a younger kaname with another boy (they all start looking alike at 2am) and the boy tells Kaname he likes him. just curious. :-)

6. i ment amoungst the vampires.... obviously they are not all pure blood other wise Kaname wouldn't be so coveted. and they look down on ex-humans (ex. Zero) so if your neither one of those what would you be considered?

1. Well, Ichiru hated himself for existing and was angry with his parents for not showing him the love they should, so I think his anger just overflowed onto his brother who was the perfect child and love of their parents.

3. At one point, Kaname said, "I wish I had been born her actual brother." or something like that, and that's where everyone's speculation is coming from. In the most recent chapters, Kaname corrects things and says, "Yuuki is the beloved daughter of Kuran Haruka and Juuri." And the reason Kaname said, "actual brother" is because Kaname is the Kuran Ancestor in the body of Yuuki's brother, so he's not her brother in soul, but is in body. If you need further clarification of that last bit, read the other threads.

5. Oh, no, I knew exactly what you meant. I was just having fangirl images of the two flashing through my brain. Hence the "..." Honestly, Aido just meant he had a deep concern for Kaname and wanted to see him happy. But I can dream of them getting it on with one another. I have written a fanfic chapter featuring that pairing.

6. Well, the classifications of vampires are:
Purebloods
Aristocrats
Common Vampires
Former Humans

"but ichiru.. no.. he wont be able to stay with zero.. although they're so close... it's best for ichiru.theres nothing we can do about it anyway... we must report it to the hunter society...we have to tell them that ichiru is unfit to be a vampire hunter..."

what there saying is that since ichiru cant fight then they need to tell the hunters he CANT BE USED *like a brocken toy, just throw it away* and for him hating zero it's b/c he cant be zero he is weak and zero is strong basicly he's Jealous of zero...

think of the pyramid in ch. 7 level A---Purebloods
level B---Aristocrats
level C---Common vampires
level D---Former humans

after that is level E aka END a vampire who's fallen outside of the pyramid *lose their sanity reaching the "end"-- their destruction ... endless thirst for blood....

Really where? I'd love to read it. uhmmm... if i may make a suggestion i think a zero x kaname pairing would make an interesting read.... just picture it.... angry words, heavy breathing, fight for dominance, blood, heavy breathing.... OMG i need to sleep!

BTW... what's up with Yuuki's weapon? That's a pretty bad ass change right at the end. I guess Cross gave it to her thinking ahead to a time that she might revert to vamp.

I'm pretty sure it was Yuuki's pureblood power that forced Artemis to change, and wasn't something planned ahead. Artemis was a Hunter's weapon, so I don't see any way that it could have naturally been set up to become a Vampire's weapon. We have a thread entitled "Artemis" where we discuss that bit in great detail. : )

As for the fanfics, check my signature for a link. I've written the Zero Kaname pairing with lots of blood and heavy breathing, as well as just about every other pairing between male characters. Enjoy!
