I say it's Kaname's simply because I want it to be as such. As other people before have previously stated that the mangaka indicated the hand doesn't belong to anyone in particular.

i always thought is was kaname because like people already mentioned zero wouldn't be that forward, kaname on the other hand would do that, i mean he usually does stuff like that anyway
i still hope yuuki and zero get together but I'm not sure that will happen

If you've watched the opening song in Vampire Knight anime,
you would've seen Yuki kiss someone's hand.
Who do you think it is?

Zero or Kaname?

Its just a regular white button down shirt not a uniform

I think she's just showing Kaname the respect an thanks and stuffs that she keeps saying she needs to give him...then she goes back to Zero! xD

i'm rooting for zero and yuki, but i still think it's kaname's hand too... it's just too weird to see yuki kissing zero's hand, but if it's supposed to be zero's hand... then
