I was just thinking about this the other day, so I figured I'd see if anyone else had come to a similar idea that it's because Yuki is actually a pureblood vampire that she has such tempting blood to vampires. It would sort of make sense...
Anyone else think this?

Of course, that's the case now certainly.

We've already seen that other vampires lust after pure-blood blood, although it is a great taboo to ask for it. (You'll recall Ichijo's grandfather who says it would be an honour to drink Kaname's blood and the others are shocked and appalled that he would dare to ask for such a thing.)

I'm not 100% clear though that Yuuki's blood had special powers when she was sealed. I don't doubt that it was sweet, but I don't think that it had the power of a pure-blood. Zero had to drink it quite frequently in order to remain sane, and I think he would have noticed if it were super-powerful and have realised that she was truly a pure-blood. Also, there wouldn't be much point in sealing Yuuki if her blood still had all of the power of a pure-blood, since Rido could have just drank her blood then.

So, I think that when she was sealed as a 'human', her blood was just sweet, but didn't have the pure-blood power; and now that it has the pure-blood power, it is even more enticing.

I'm sure that there is some other power in her blood as well. Those fangs we saw and Yuuki's immense power point to some special quality that has not yet been revealed.

The last chapter confirms what I thought about Yuuki's blood lacking its pure-blood power when her powers were sealed. From what Kaname has said, the blood only had the power of a human before, but now that Yuuki has awakened, it has taken on the additional power of the pure-blood that she has. I think it's a little ridiculous that the mangaka wrote it this way, but oh well.

At first, I also think Yuuki's blood is sweet and delicious because she have certain relationship with vampire(those were the days when I was starting reading it) and maybe when her memories was sealed, as well as her powers. The fangs that yuuki saw when she was drinking kaname's blood was zero's(I bet) and I aso think that Rido-sama wanted to drink yuuki's blood because yuukican sense things from distance and can see what lies ahead (some ancient powers that kaname also possess). that's that and I also think yuuki is inlove with zero as well as zero to yuuki and kaname knows this. that's all

Um, the fangs Yuuki saw most certainly were not Zeros. The fanged creature has Yuuki's hair (or Kaname's but I think Yuuki instead). As I mentioned, I'm almost certain it is some primal power that she possesses, but regardless of whether or not that's true, they are most certainly not Zero.

You're correct about Yuuki being able to sense Rido from a distance, although she does not have foresight. Rather, she senses his presence and the ominous feeling that something is approaching her (like she did when she was little and Rido was coming for her). So, she's clairvoyant, not prophetic.

We're not talking about Zero Yuuki or Kaname Yuuki pairings here. Do that here.

Is that the power that Rido want in Yuki's pure kuran blood? the ability to sense someone's presence? or is it something else??? i think i got it wrong, but i still want to ask..

I think it's something else. Rido wouldn't find the ability to sense other vampires particularly remarkable. He can already do that to a lesser degree, and it wouldn't increase his power in any way. I think Yuuki has some hidden power that we have yet to see.
