| i think the one who sacrifices his own life for yuki is the knight,...... and i have a great feeling that kaname will die for yuki even if i dont want him to die,.... it's just my instincts though,... i hope im wrong.....,,,,...... i guess we will never know ,..... let's support this til the end and see!!! which gives me an idea,... what if it was kaien cross?..... "the protector of all vampires!" well,.... he does protect the vampires and wants to continue the peace movement between the two beings,....

| How about Yuuki? She's the main character and has been devotedly defending the Day Class and working to maintain order with the Night Class; and she's still doing the same now that she has been awakened (saved Yuuri, ne?). I think she's the best candidate. Zero drank her blood and was a danger to all of the Day Class for some time. Kaname manipulates things from the background, and has referred to himself as the "queen". Also, I think the title is a pun on Night as well, so the 'Knight' may not have as much significance as you lend it. Who knows?

| I think Zero is the knight. My belief is that Hino Matsuri would not devote her time to write so much about Zero and his horrible past to not be the center of the story. ( i mean, most of the vk storyline revolves around him). Plus, doesnt it fit with the whole: "knights should be tough/is shaped by up-bring" classification? Also, no matter how much everyone hates the kind of character Yuki is, (I hate how annoying she is,thats for sure XC ), it works well with the story if Zero is the knight. Yuki being all over Zero, yet Zero still doesnt get the girl yet, gives Zero motivation to fight in the story (perhaps Rido later) and moves the story along. Also, doesnt it seem similar to most knight/princess stories you see in hollywood? the knight being overly devoted to the princess? Kaname is the king, in this case. I dunno... my personal opinion. XP
