Hi there . I wonder what their relation ship in later serie could be . So i hope everyone can share their idea with me : ) . I personaly think he will get better relationship with her . Since one of the few last chapters show abit of Yuuko feelings towards Watanuki after he told her he wants grant her wish . And in Volume 8 she also said there is a great tied between them , like love ?

Hm, Yuuko just doesn't strike me as a character to fall into a relationship with. It's pretty obvious that her and Clow had something, but now that he's dead I doubt she would fall for someone like Watanuki. Yuuko does care a great deal for Watanuki, but she's more like fulfilling fate with him. Her and Watanuki are tied together, but not romantically. She needs him for ending the "dream" and he needs her for his wish and everything if very much planned out in advance, so that hardly leaves room for much more than a tight bond.

Yes, Yuuko-sama really cares about Watanuki but definetely not love him.

Actually Im so releived that im not the only one who thought about this. Earlier in the series I kept thinking about what would happen if they became "that close" and still it makes my laugh. Yuuko as being as weird and brutally honest as she is, she strikes me more as a mother-like figure in Watanuki's life. And I know he has no feelings of that sort toward our wonderous Witch. Besides the later chapters show how much motherly "love" she puts into Watanuki to make him a better person. She looks out for him to make sure he's safe.

And besides how many more years do you think he has left in that shop? More than he can count I bet. I think Yuuko keeps "docking his pay" because she's afraid of him leaving the nest

Though you know she won't openly admit that.

but knowing how CLAMP workes, I would bet that they have already thought of that type of thing already (laugh)

I'd kind of like to see something like that happen. I mean Yuuko is awesome!! Watanuki could find no better woman!!

However, I agree with some of the other posts as well. I don't think she's really the type to get into a relationship with. I think she's too mysterious and might possibly move her shop when she's fulfilled her purpose in that area...BUT I HOPE NOT!!

=D I was thinking the same thing with the later chapters! Yuuko really has taken a motherly role with Watanuki, which I honestly hadn't been expecting.
I'd always seen her as a friend to Watanuki, but this is so much sweeter.
