Some members may be wondering why a manga has disappeared or why we are not hosting it, or even why we will not be approving scans at a certain time.

Either we have been asked by the publishing company or by the scanlation group not to host them or to wait to upload to site.

Waiting Period Manga

iskultrip Scans: 3 day waiting period before hosting.
Kawaiilovely Scans: 2 day waiting period before hosting.
KMTS: 24 hour waiting period before hosting.
kyonpyon: 5 day waiting period before hosting.
Ochibichan: 7 day waiting period before hosting. 3 day for joint releases.
Rebellious Love: 2 day waiting period before hosting.
Baka-Updates Manga - NOIR They have a 7 day no upload policy. Noir scans can only be uploaded by Leicu it's a request by them, QC please keep an eye out for this manga and who uploads it in future.

Locked Manga/Denied Manga

Binktopia: Not allowed to host ANY of their scans.
Liquid Passion: Not allowed to host any of their releases that have been licensed.
Nagareboshi Manga: Not allowed to host any of their releases that have been licensed.
Storm in Heaven: Not allowed to host ANY of their scans.
Blissful Sin :: Version 3 : WE DO NOT HOST THESE. Blissful sin manga is locked please do not upload new chapters or new series.
DarkHorse We do not host any DarkHorse comics or manga.
NetComics Not allowed to host their publications.
Baka-Updates Manga - NOIR Request that these three manga that are joint projects that new chapters will not be hosted previous chapters are done by other groups:
The Summit
When a fox becomes a wolf
1001 nights
Club Vogue We will not host their manga

Pending Manga
- Either for someone uploading chapters early before host time or if we are working on gaining permission to host manga

NOTE! Threads do not disappear they are available still in the forum. You simply have to go to available manga section and look for the forum.

what if you were requesting manga and it was by dark horse but you you didnt know,of course you wont upload it but will it count for the number of manga requests??

No since its not accepted. Also try checking the manga if its licensed or not since that's the least thing you can do to help the uploader...

i think everyone understands that they do not want to be sued by the major companies publishing these manhwas and mangas

Along with the Model and Liling Po manga I requested last time, I also request Yurara no Tsuki and Togari to be put up. They're completely harmless and are not locked (last time I checked they weren't, anyway), so please consider these!

Luckily I chose all of the one that weren't in there. If you upload those, do this site get removed? Just curious why most sites removed too many anime and manga

By the way, I don't think you guys know but Love Hina and Power(Girl Got Game) were licensed by TOKYOPOP

I'm more upset over the fact we have to lock it. I feel bad for those scanlators that work hard to scanlate them.

Especially when the series that is licensed isn't licensed in their own country, it would be a problem.

It's not just manga-hosting sites like MangaFox, but scanlation groups are attacked as well. With the scanlation group, Dynasty-scans, we got a personal e-mail from a big executive from Seven Seas, asking us to drop some of our scanlation projects because they were going to license it.

Make sure the series has not been uploaded to mangafox and that it is not under a different name. When I recieve your message, I will review the series, if I like it, I will say so and upload it or I may reject it. Also, I can only take a few series request, so first come, first served. Also if I reject a request, do not take it personal. You can request a different series.
