| actually, I don't really know if the rule is active or not but I don't like it when people get banned so I take precautions and warn people beforehand because this is usually what happens to new people: 1. they don't read the rules 2. they get banned by admin or mod 3. they get pissed and tell other people that Mangafox is crappy and it pisses me like hell, so i'm sorry if I offended you ^^ |

| ... Im not sure that I got your question right... But did you mean to ask, if later on, you have more chapter of the new manga that you ask to upload, do you have to ask permission again to upload those new chapter? If thats what you meant to ask then, no, you dont need to ask permission to upload new chapters to the manga serie. You only need to ask permission to the moderators when you want to upload a new manga serie. Thats all... I hope i was helpful...
