hmmm just for clrfy, so if that case happen (when in first feb my req is only 30 smthing and in 2 weeks my req is 61 smthing), i can req 3 manga or 2 manga?

Ok let me rephrase what you just posted.

You mean something like this...On feb. 1 you have 30 post and after 2 weeks you increase your post to 61, now let see what the new rules is

Can only Request Once a Month

10 - 30 post = 1 Request
31 - 60 post = 2 Requests
61 - 100 post = 3 Requests
101 - 200 post = 4 Requests
201 - 400 post = 5 Requests
401 - 800 post = 6 Requests

Basically you need 61 not 60 post to ask for 3 manga.....Now let say on feb. 1 you have 31 post and you requested 2 manga, then that means even if you make 61 post on the same month, you can only ask for one more manga request since you already requested for two manga before....

so may i ask that the number of requests is per month or through out the whole time?
e.g. 61 posts u get 3 requests per month or 3 requests until u reach the next stage which is abt 100+?

i requested a manga series before the new rules came in, does it count?

i don't mind uploading stuff for the site but i don't kno where do downlaod from and how!! every time i download, errors and stuff come up before i finish downlaoding!! so i only read online!!

Both.....if you already requested 3 manga and increase your activitiy within a week and post a lot and get your post to 101 for example then you can request again since it's the same month...I said Once a Month that is if you stop your activity and stop posting...
