Well, for comedy and romance here's a couple of my favorites:Pita-ten(same author as kamichama karin chu.) and Merupuri(same author as Vampire knight.) As for ecchi, another few of my favorites: Girls Bravo and Mahou Sensei Negima. I hope I was of some help.^^

Oh, and one more. Karin(aka chibi vampire.) is also very good. Since you said you've read Vampire knight I thought you night like this one too.(since it is also about vampires.) It's shoujo, and a romantic comedy, and it also has a bit of ecchi.

-Absolute Boyfriend aka Zettai Kareshi// Its a cute romance&a tad on the ecchi.hmm i dont think theres an anime for it.
-Love Hina//Its an anime&&manga. It has romance and a tad of ecchi as well.
