I think Pein would be hard pressed to actually kill him. Ulquiorra can also use Garganta to escape to safety if need be.. so ultimately, even if he was losing, he could still get away and thwart any complete victory by Pein. I abstain from voting lol

| You really can't compare Bleach and Naruto characters. The characters in Bleach are on a total different level when it comes to power. I read both actively, and when it comes to fighting ability and power the Bleach characters have a deffinate advantage, but I like Naruto characters and the story better. So, to answer your question Ulquiorra whould deffinately defeat Pein. |

| pein would win cuz he has amazing jutsus and would find a way to see ulquiorra and keep this out of naruto forrums its a waste of space
