I am once again reminded of how little sarcasm can be detected over the internet. I'd just like to point out a few things from what i posted. Take a look at what i've just put in bold and underlined text. It was just a joke... even if a bad one at that. I am a boy

I kind of got that you were being sarcastic because of the "may", and the nonchalant attitude you had torwards the assumption. A real girl would probably have either been surprized and a bit (or very) upset, or happy (if she was a real tomboy who likes being thought of as a boy). There would be the occassional one who would just be used to it, but she'd probably still have more of a reaction. Though, you have to admit, it's pretty hard to pick these things up when your online, because of the lacking of tone of voice and facial expression, which take vital roles in our everyday conversations. You didn't even use a smiley (other than the spaced out one that doesn't help) that would make up for the lacking and help indicate, so even I had my 3 seconds of doubt even if you truely look your gender.

@animevampire: to me the "may" would have been an very big indicator because of the people i hang out with and the way i am, with varied age groups i guess i'll have to be a little more obvious.

@chocolateheart: it's okay~ just understand that i am a guy and were all good (your not stupid at all)
