wow so many people dislike naruto and Aizen. i actually think they're quite good characters. and Aizen is just way too insanely strong... i suppose that could be a reason to dislike him.
i dislike both Ino and Sakura from naruto. (Sakura gets better after shippuden though)
the homonculus trio from FMA (Envy, Lust and gluttony. but lust is dead! woohoo!)

rukia from bleach (i dont know why but i find her annoying)
neuro from majin tantei nougami neuro (i hate how he treats yako. just thinking about it makes me want to beat him up)
