Besides looks,Im also gonna base my answer on personality.

I pick Rei from MARS.

Hi!Ok..lot's of guys popping in my head right now...but...top of the list are defenitely Zero and Kaname from Vampire Knight. Oh, Aram from Meru Puri too (from the same mangaka). I can't remember any other specific...(Maybe they ARE too many)

I totally agree with Recato and fairy_1piece. Aram is totally hot, I also like Zero. I guess it's Matsuri Hino's art that makes them so great!^^
