Manga is my first encounter. I remembered clearly "Doremon" was my first manga and I still read it now.

My first anime was Sailor Moon, I was in Kindergarden (did i spell it right?) when it was on cartoon network. It was on around noon because that was when I would get home from school each day. I remember watching it before i did my homework each after noon, I was so sad when they canceled it! after that I forgot about my love of the series until fifth grade when a friend of mine got me to read my first manga: Tokyo MewMew. and now I spend 80% of my allowence that doesn't go into savings on Manga. XD wow...

I also watched pokemon and yu-gi-oh but those series for some reason don't truly feel like they count as anime to me...but that's just my was of thinking
