I admit sometimes i come across some that are not labeled correctly but most are. As long as I read it before my daughter, then it's all good.

Kamiyadori - Manga Fox: Kamiyadori Manga Series

It was just uploaded yesterday so I guess the mature tag hasn't been added yet. By the way, its supposedly for 18 and up.
