I've also had problems with the trashypretty popup. I've noticed that when the page is trying to load something from trashypretty, it also tries to load three or four other somethings - the only other url I've managed to see is ad.yieldmanager, but just a few minutes ago a page tried to do the trashypretty thing, and my McAcfee blocked the whole page and gave me this message:

..yeah..its my first time to post coz its also my first time having this problem here..

so...when i was replying to a thread last 12 hrs ago and submit, instead of going back to my previous site this Site appeared and its under the same address as MF does...so i thought my pc is the problem so i restart my pc and after that i tried to open the MF site but same thing happen so i waited for almost 30 mins to reload my page and it came to normal...but then again now when i tried to upload the manga that i requested the same picture appeared in my uploader and i cant upload the manga i keep on trying to reload my page or creating another page but its still the same...i wonder why?

I had the same problem until I installed the new Firefox 3.0 and I haven't had any pop-ups since. And I don't have anything else special, although I do run anti-virus software on my computer.

I have even allowed pop-ups from Manga Fox and I still don't get all those horrible advertisers, since they've remained blocked.

Something else that might help if you can't install Firefox is to block cookies from those urls (trashypretty, etc.). I have several of them blocked. (I did it under "preferences")

Kay-c: That isn't Manga Fox (obviously), but a redirect you often get when you mis-type a web address. Are you sure you typed, www(dot)mangafox(dot)com? Because if you did, you should never be redirected.

I would recommend signing out of MF altogether, clearing your browser history and cookies, and logging back in. I have to do that occasionally when MF locks up on me.

Weird. You must have been caught in an ad's redirect somehow.

I'd still recommend logging out and clearing your data, but I'm afraid I can't help more than that. If it continues to present a problem for you, send me a PM and I'll forward your problem to an admin (or PM them yourself). ^_^

i dont think i was redirected because if i do...why would it appear in the uploader? and its stopping me to upload the manga and i also did the possible things to do its really weird its my first time having encounter this problem for 8 months

Kay-c: Hanging Gallow doesn't know what to do with that either. Let us know if it doesn't stop after a few days or you can't work around it. If not, we'll send it up to MD.
