Summary

Karin is a cute little girl who also happens to be a vampire...with a twist. Once a month, she experiences intense bleeding from her nose--we're talking gushers! In other words, she's a vamp with blood to spare, so rather than stealing blood from humans she actually gives her blood to them. If done right, this can be an extremely positive experience that benefits the "victim" as much as the vampire. The problem is that Karin never seems to do things right!

Karin is cute, sweet and sunny. She loves cooking with onions, bright sunshine, and works at a cafe part-time, trying to balance that with a (mostly) normal school life. Except she got a secret she can't tell any body, even her best friend Maki. Tha secret is that she's not so normal as she looks. Karin is, in fact, a vampire!

Except Karin is a bit different, even by vampire standards. Her familly moved to Japan years ago, to save themselves from the vampire hunt that took place back in Europe. THEY are all normal vampires–the can't-stand-sunlight, sleep-in-a-coffin, blood-sucking type. It's Karin that's different. And how is that? Well, Karin, instead of needing MORE blood, has a condition that causes her body to make TO MUCH blood–that's right, Karin's a blood-making vampire! So, instead of sucking her victim's blood, Karin injects them with some of her own, making them far more happy then that had been before hand. Sadly, when she doesn't give blood for too long, she gets massive nose bleeds, and I mean ENORMOUS–these are huge enough to cover a whole room in blood! So one day, Karin needs to get rid of some blood, but before she can go anywhere, it all come out, and right in the middle of the hallway, which was luckily deserted. Well, almost. A new transfer student, Usui Kenta, stumbles upon Karin, covered in blood. What will she and her familly do, now the secret is out?
